sea training for this 2 days weather are so hot.
but luckly that it rain after we ended our session.

Having 3 days of T&F meet in the hot sun is really killing me.
luckly i at the registration point almost all time.

Had a run to reservoir from sch on fri.
Nearly lost the way cos it been like 2 yrs back i jog there.
rmb 1x is during training long time ago,
and 2nd x is during camp.
while crossing the connecter park,
i realise that all those houses i usually shout my name & hp number to are all gone!
is it i go to the wrong way or wat?
omg. i feel old now.

Hope e H1N1 will not be worst or else my thailand will be cancel.
