Went for the stupid skipping event at ard west side 7am in morning.
lucky it never drag until very late.
went to have lunch at JP.
stay at mel's place ytd night before the event.
her house is big!

rest at home for a while den went for training after that.
reach there early so went for run.
lucky come back before the heavy rain.

Laoshi birthday today.
celebrate after training.
before he went back, he told me that he scare us use the cake and smash him! haha
so he keep asking why we bought 2 cake.
