went JB with mates on wed.
den cable ski at batam on thurs!
it was damn fun. but my whole body are burn and ache to max!

went bodyshop sales ytd! haha
bought some lotion & shower gel.
everyday i will use diff type!

after that meet up 2 tama at town for dinner.
gossip is still our top 1 best topic! haha
hope to meet up soon! cos i having holiday!

skipped training for almost a wk plus.
will go back on mon. =D
