Sometimes ppl really need to place themselves in others shoe. Change the angle and you will get a better view. The word "understand/ing" seems simple yet difficult. If you really understand, it is through the deep bottom of your heart. Not through other ppl's mouth. What you see and hear are not always right. Only you experienced it and you will know what are the real thing is. Whatever it is, human is still the most complicated creature in our life.

Today is the last trg before SAVA race. I feel very happy i can paddle with the girls :) and as well as the whole team. Good luck and all the best to us :)

Since year 2006 till now, every 2-3 yrs i'm changing new team mates or rather a new team & coach. The attempting part is very difficult and i'm glad that i can overcome it. I couldn't say that i did excellent job because I still have lots of thing need to learn and adjust. No matter which team i'm in now, i really thanks all my team mates for accepting me as a person who always like to comment, talk, give suggestion, complaint, scold and everything. Without anyone of them i couldn't continue with my passion. I really appreciate each and everyone. We are more than a team mate. We are friends, brothers and sisters... The tough, sad and happy things we go through is not any ahmao&ahgou can understand. My DB's life will be the most precious moments in my heart.
